What this notice covers

This notice covers information collected through this website. It does not cover information exchanged under a contract, a subcontract, or a teaming agreement, which is governed by those documents.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into one of the two forms on this site.

The subcontractor interest form collects your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, company website, the states where you work, your trades, business size, annual revenue range if you choose to give it, small business certifications, SAM.gov registration status, bonding capacity, insurance status, whether you employ W-2 field staff and your typical crew size, a description of your experience, how you heard about us, and your consent to be contacted.

The general inquiry form collects your name, email address, organization, reason for contact, and message.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies for tracking. This site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

Subcontractor interest submissions are used to contact firms about specific project scopes that match their trade, location, and qualifications. Inquiries are used to respond to the inquiry.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Information may be shared with a federal agency where a contract or a solicitation requires it, for example subcontracting plan reporting, and with our own service providers who host this site and deliver our email.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are delivered to a KB Standard email address. Netlify handles the data as our service provider.

How long we keep it

Subcontractor interest submissions are kept while they are current so we can contact you about future scopes. Inquiries are kept as business correspondence.

Removing your information

Email kbstandard (at) gmail.com and ask to be removed. We will remove your information and confirm.

Children

This site is a business-to-government and business-to-business site. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
